Based on a Quaternary Ammonium Modified Hectorite Bentonite Clay Chemistry, BENCLAY 1000A is a traditional, highly purified Organoclay Rheological Additive. Modified from Quaternary Ammonium Salts, It's advantages over traditional additives include:-

RECOMMENDED USAGE

The recommended dose of BENCLAY 1000A is between 0.2 to 2% of the mixture, based on total formulation.

Polar Activator is normally 30-50% of the organoclay amount.

Suggested polar activators for BENCLAY 1000A are:-Â Â Â Â
       i)Methanol + Water in the ratio 95 : 5
       ii)Ethanol + Water in the ratio 95 : 5
       iii)Acetone
